This is a Farberware brand 10 inch covered chef skillet. Refurbished by The Shine Shop . It features all of the same quality of the fully restored items, except for the final high gloss polishing. Handle and knob have been polished and are firmly attached. Marked "Farberware Aluminum Clad Stainless Steel Pat 3,173,202 GD". It is 10" diameter, and 2 3/8" deep. Also includes original matching lid. This pan DOES sit flat, and has no pitting inside. Lid has several shallow dings along the edges. Pan has scratching through out the interior bottom. Exterior bottom has burnt carbon residue that I could not fully remove safely. Does not effect function or safety. This is another piece of vintage cookware from The Shine Shop Which Means: ***Each piece has been sanitized, washed and then reconditioned .
