Description
If you own or you are servicing a Sony DTC-75es, DTC-55es, or a DTC-700 DAT recorder that will not produce audio output because the RF amplifier does not work, then this restoration kit, which includes a new CXA1045Q-Z RF Amplifier IC and two long-life 22µF SMD electrolytic capacitors, will allow you to repair and restore the RF amplifier PCB, thus bringing the DAT recorder back to life. The IC is brand new and has been handled safely using standard anti-static precautions, including but not limited to: ESD-safe international: storage, handling, packing and shipping; domestic ESD-safe handling before shipping (antistatic mat, antistatic wrist strap, anti-static grounding wire, anti-static tweezers, anti-static suction-based IC gripper), and placed in an ESD-safe packing and shipping container. This kit is returnable ONLY if the ESD-safe bag/box has not been opened. Once opened, kit is not returnable. In handling the IC at your end, you must use standard anti-static IC handling and soldering tools. You must have or be willing to learn micro-soldering techniques to remove the old chip and install this new one. Recommended video for micro-soldering: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6PB0u8irn-4
