Rare Antique 1930’s COTY Empty Case for Perfume Bottle or Powder Box? France Description: Up for sale is a very rare vintage display empty powder box or for a perfume bottle by the renowned company Coty. This is an elegant, square-shaped wooden box, lined with bright reddish-brown Russian leather. The interior is lined with violet silk and marked with golden letters on the inside: COTY/PARIS/FRANCE. Made in France by Houbigant, ca. 1930's. Dimensions: 3.2 x 3.2 x 1.3 " (8 x 8 x 3.4 cm) Condition: Empty box. Slightly worn, with minor markings here and there. There are two tiny holes on the underside of the base (SEE PICTURES #7 and #8) . Otherwise, in fine to very fine overall condition. IMPORTANT: *** Photos are part of description.
