This auction is for a VERY RARE ANTIQUE PERFUME PRESENTATION called ~ ADORATION ~ Was produced by Merle Norman for the perfume SACREE By Rodin in 1948 ... Figural perfume bottle in the shape of a Buddha. This awesome Perfume Bottle has the word ~ ADORATION ~ in the front of the bottle at the base level and the words NORMAN PARIS.... MADE IN FRANCE in the reverse at the base level.. see pics.. The bottle is 7 1/2" inches tall to the top of the cap (head) and it is 4 1/2" inches wide at the widest point and 2 3/4" inches wide from front to back at the widest point.. It is a Big bottle and heavy. It is empty now. This Collectible Perfume Bottle is made of a combination of glass and metal, since the head is made of metal and the main body is made of glass with a metal base, the inner stopper is missing.. To me, the body is made of glass, but could be metal with the glass inside of it, it is hard to know since everything is covered with Gold Gilt! The Gold gilt is pretty much in place, Overall this bottle is in great condition given that is from 1948!! VERY COLLECTIBLE PERFUME BOTTLE!! If you have any questions please ask...
