You'll find more very interesting Collectibles! ********************* FREE SHIPPING TO USA ONLY ******************* For sale in this auction is for a Super old ANTIQUE PERFUME BOTTLE by PARFUMS MURCY for the scent ~ JASMINE D'ANDALOUISIE ~ It is from the early 1900's or even earlier, This company disolved in the mid 1930's This perfume bottle is a miniature size about 2 1/2" inches tall to the top of the stopper, and about 1/2" inch wide, The stopper is made of metal, it could be brass, it is heavy. Empty now, the label is in excellent condition, which is almost like a miracle! You can read in the label the following... Le Jasmin d'Andalouise MURCY PARIS 68 rue de la chaussee d'Antin. The pouch is in brown color of some kind of suede material that has brass fittings, very well made to be carried in the hand, like in the Victorian era, when the ladies had to carry perfume with them due to the unsanitary conditions and smells of the streets in those days, This pouch has detached from its frame in one side, but has beautifully protected the bottle inside, in the pouch you can read the same address as it is written in the label of the bottle. MADE IN FRANCE This awesome perfume bottle is one of those rarities that would be almost impossible to find again. Please look at the Pictures for more details.
