Very Rare Antique 1915’s D'Orsay ‘The Olympia’ Empty Box for Perfume Bottle Description: For sale a very rare antique empty box, specially made by d'Orsay for The Olympia perfumeries from Buenos Aires. Rectangular-shaped box, lined with textured paper printed with a golden incised shield design logo on the lid and a violet silk fabric lining inside. The logo on the lid reads: "Fabrication Spéciale // de // D'orsay Paris // pour “The Olympia Buenos Aires.” Made in France by D’Orsay for the Argentine market, circa 1915 Dimensions: 4- ¼ " (11 cm) x 2- ¼ (5.8 cm) x 2- ¼ " (5.8 cm) Condition: Empty box. Slightly worn and faded with minor markings here and there. Otherwise, in overall fine to very fine condition. IMPORTANT: *** Photos are part of description.
